Start Date: Prior to May 1 - Full-time permanent for the right candidate

Job Title: Farm Labourer
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage farm machinery, including tractors, seeders, sprayers, grain carts, land rollers, and harrows.

Perform machinery upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance.

Conduct repairs and ensure the smooth operation of all equipment.

Maintain the yard and buildings to ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Haul grain as needed (1A license training will be provided for successful employees).
Requirements:

Valid Class 5 driver’s license (1A license is an asset).

Willingness and eligibility to obtain a 1A license long-term.

Ability to work shift work and extended hours during the farming season.

Capable of performing medium physical work (lifting, shoveling grain, climbing, etc.).

Responsible, reliable, and able to work unsupervised.

Functional knowledge of technology (iPads, computers, etc.).
